✔ A deep-dive session where we explore your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and create your first personalized plan for diet, lifestyle, and natural support. ✔ What to expect from your consultation My approach is holistic and focused on understanding root causes, not just symptoms. Illness rarely appears overnight – it is often the result of long-term imbalances. Timely prevention and regulation are key to health and feeling your best. ✔ Before our session You will receive a detailed health questionnaire to complete in advance. Please take your time to fill it out thoughtfully, and ensure I receive your completed questionnaire at least 3 working days before our consultation, so I can analyze it and prepare thoroughly for our meeting. If you have any recent lab tests, you’re welcome to share them too. ✔ During our 90-minute online meeting, we will: • Discuss your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle • Explore possible root causes and connections in your health picture • Review your current nutrition and habits • Begin outlining practical, gentle steps to support your goals. ✔ After the consultation, you will receive: • Your written consultation summary, including: • A step-by-step action plan tailored to your goals • Recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle, and supportive habits • Supplement guidance, if needed. ✔ Additionally: • Basic supportive materials to help you implement your plan • 1 week of follow-up email support for any questions that arise ________________________________________ Cancellation policy If you’re unable to attend your scheduled intro call, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer your spot to someone else. Thank you for your consideration. If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the consultation fee.
