My Story
Hi, I’m Nataliia, founder of Napsh Naturopathy. I’m currently studying at a European naturopathy school and working under the guidance of experienced mentor Kateryna M.
My own journey began when conventional approaches didn’t offer real answers.
This led me to explore root-cause healing, where small shifts in daily habits, nourishment, and natural support can create deep, lasting change.

In my practice, I combine structured analysis with deep listening. Whether you’re struggling with bloating, fatigue, food sensitivities, or emotional burnout — we work together to understand what’s underneath and build a sustainable plan tailored to you.
Just like I simplified my name to Napsh — to make it easier to pronounce in a new country — I strive to make complex health processes understandable and relatable. I believe everyone deserves to feel informed, not overwhelmed, when it comes to their own body.
And once you understand your body, you start listening to it with more care — and life begins to feel lighter, clearer, and more yours.

How I Work
This is a no-pressure conversation where you can share your main concerns and goals, and we can both see if working together feels like the right fit.
01 | We begin with a free introductory call

02 | If we decide to continue, we schedule 1:1 online consultation
Before this session, I’ll send you a detailed health questionnaire — around 50 questions about your symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, and more. This helps me see the full picture of what’s going on.
03 | You take your time to fill it out thoughtfully
Once you return it to me, I review and analyze your answers before our meeting. This preparation helps us make the most of our time together.
04 | During your 1:1 online consultation
We go deeper — exploring your health history, current symptoms, how you feel in your body, and what your priorities are. Together, we start connecting the dots to possible root causes.
You’ll leave with clear first steps, which may include adjustments to:
• Diet
• Daily rhythm and lifestyle
• Movement or gentle exercise
• Natural supplements (if suitable)
05 | Follow-up and ongoing support
