    I currently offer consultations online (video call). This makes it easier for you to connect from wherever you are.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    This depends on your situation. Some people benefit from just a few consultations, while others choose ongoing mentorship for deeper, longer-term support. We can discuss this during your intro call.
  • Can I get support if I’m on medications or working with a doctor?
    Yes. My work is complementary and focused on lifestyle and natural support. I always encourage you to continue medical care and consult your doctor about any changes.
  • Do you provide meal plans or prescriptions?
    I don’t provide strict meal plans or medical prescriptions. Instead, I offer personalized guidance on diet, lifestyle, and supplements that fits your unique needs and preferences.
  • What can I expect from the intro call?
    The intro call is a free 15–30 minute conversation where you can share your main concerns, ask questions, and see if my approach feels right for you. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue.
  • What languages do you work in?
